Rudnev decided to break with the battle of Port Arthur, and in case of failure to blow up the ships. At noon, "Varyag" and "Korean" came out Chemulpo. The captains of foreign ships are not expected from the Russian ship such a move. They were surprised and delighted at the same time this act.
