Returns
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please open a claim with your postal office and let us know.
- If you don't like an item you bought, you can return it.
- All returned products must be received in a saleable condition within 30 days.
- Please include all original tags, signs, and paperwork included in the parcel.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 7 days for the credit to be processed, excluding shipping costs.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
