In the years 1946-1947. On the instructions of the Ministry of the River Fleet of the USSR, the Leningrad Central Design Bureau developed a project for a two-deck passenger ship for local lines. In the years 1948-1949. At the Moscow Shipbuilding and Shiprepairing Plant, large-scale production of motor ships of this type, called the Moskvich, began. The construction of these ships continued for another three decades at various plants. In total, more than five hundred vessels of this type were built. Currently, many of these vessels are in operation, despite the fact that many of them have already crossed the 50-year mark. A small interesting model has an average level of detail, but still we recommend it to experienced modelers, since there are a lot of small details in this model.
