Two-axle truck of medium load capacity, produced at the Ural Automobile Plant from 1958 to 1965. A total of 192 580 copies were produced. Over the long years of operation, the Ural ZIS-355M has established itself as a reliable, unpretentious machine that was distinguished by its large carrying capacity (officially considered to be 3.5 tons, the car transported 5 without problems, and 6 tons of cargo along a good road), tyagovistosti (cars very often operated with a trailer) and considerable comfort for those times (all Ural ZIS-355M equipped with a cabin heater, ZIS-150 it was not at all, at GAZ-51 they were installed since December 1956).
