Designed by Captain William Symonds as a yacht for the Duke of Portland. Launched on June 10, 1831 in Portland. October 25, 1831 the yacht was bought by the Admiralty and completed as a military brig. During his service Pantaloon made trips to the ports of Portsmouth, Lisbon, to the west coast of Africa. He distinguished himself in the capture of slave ships. In August 1852, it was dismantled at Portsmouth. This is another interesting sailing ship from Alexander Kustov. The model, although small, is designed for modelers with some experience. Of the printing features, it is possible to note the presence of a copper print at the bottom of the sailboat.
