This is the sixth set in the new series “On the border of the Universe. Adventures of a Strange Company ”and is part of the story told with the help of our figures about how different characters, having met by chance in a bar of a peripheral space station, became a cohesive team, later known as“ Strange Company ”. The set is made in 1/24 scale.

The set includes one figure, this is the figure of Laurie “Lightning Bolt” Barnes, a fighter of galactic special forces.

Ordinary government special forces fighter. Beautiful, smart, uncommon, has a strong and tough, but flexible at the same time, which allows her to quickly adapt to changes in the environment. She was born to a poor family on the periphery of the planet with very difficult survival conditions and army service for her was the only chance to get somewhere. He is an excellent, experienced and at the same time initiative fighter, which constantly attracts discontent of his superiors. Being a female, she constantly feels the attitude of male co-workers as not quite full-fledged, in these circumstances, in essence, and therefore has to either accept and just pull the strap, or prove something. Chose - to prove. Despite the high performance in the service is still not promoted to sergeant, because too rational and too intelligent, which strains the bosses, and access to the officer level is closed for her due to lack of education.

During the fight in the bar of the space station Almar, together with Boy joined in the pursuit of a strange company. These two were the only ones who managed to penetrate the shuttle stolen by the Strange Company. Caught in an absolute minority, in complete isolation from their own in the Far Space, on the ship pursued by all the forces of the Galactic Union, this couple had to make a very difficult decision that completely changed their life and destiny, making them part of one of the most famous legends in the whole cosmos.

The choice of 1/24 scale for this series of sets is due to the fact that for figures of this kind it is more preferable to scale, which allows to achieve a higher level of detailing, which is highly appreciated by modellers. In addition, a diorama, made with the use of a single figure, looks more impressive on this scale than, for example, on the 1/35 scale. We emphasize that in addition to the high artistic level, the figure is very easy to assemble and will bring a lot of pleasure to modellers when working on it.

We also emphasize that the figure will allow the modeller to use it both to create an independent mini-diorama, and to create a more ambitious scene using other figures from the Master Box company of the same series, for example, figures from the sets 24031, 24033, 24034 and 24035, 24054.
