The personnel of the Wehrmacht officer corps were distinguished by their high qualities. At the beginning of World War II, it was a kind of closed corporate organization with its own ideas about officer honor and moral principles. Many were former officers of the Kaiser's army. A separate role in the Wehrmacht was played by staff officers, who received special attention and played an important role in directing operations at all stages of the war. A diverse fleet of vehicles was used to transport staff officers, including a three-axle off-road passenger car. G4(W31). It was developed by Daimler-Benz in 1934 and was produced until 1939 in a four-door version. three-axle sedan with a folding roof. This car had an 8-cylinder engine producing 100 hp. modifications (110 hp) and 6 passenger seats. Some vehicles were equipped with MG 34 machine guns (one or two). They served to transport Wehrmacht command personnel, as well as to protect and escort headquarters columns.
