The Chevrolet G506 is a series of 1.5-ton trucks manufactured by Chevrolet . They were supplied to the U.S. Army during and after World War II.
According to V. F. Vorsin, the USSR received 47,700 G506 trucks under the Lend-Lease program . At the Gorky Automobile Plant, assembly of the G7107 models, which were part of the series , was organized from vehicle kits.
