Set 35224 continues a series of sets dedicated to the Russian-Ukrainian war. One of the heroes of this war was the Azov regiment. This is one of the most slandered and one of the most heroic units in the world. Russian propaganda slandered the Azov regiment, calling this unit Nazi, and this unit received loud military glory during the defense of Mariupol, which lasted from March to May 2022.
The kit contains a frame with parts to assemble two soldiers of the Ukrainian army during the street fighting in Mariupol. These fighters have just discovered the enemy's armored vehicles and are choosing a way to quietly get close to it. Note that the vehicle model is not included in the set.
The detailing of the set is rich and allows you to place equipment on the figures in a variety of configurations, at the choice of the modeller.
The figurines are made at a high artistic level and are rather miniature sculptures. The figures are also perfectly animated and interact well with each other, making up a single plot, a whole story.
If desired, the modeler can make both a vignette using this set, and a larger diorama using set 35225 from the same series.
