The box includes: 11 sprues + 1 sprue with clear parts and canopy, decal. The kit is cleanly molded in grey plastic. Instrustion is laid out like most other Amodel kits.
Historical information:
The American Douglas Aircraft Company developed the aircraft, which was built by Showa Hikoki and Nakajima Companies under license in Japan. They named it the L2D. These aircrafts were used during the war at the different theaters of operations. Due to its big payload, the L2D played an important role in supplying the outlying garrisons in the Pacific Islands and New Guinea. they also were used as headquaters aircrafts. The L2D manufacturing lasted until the capitulation. Americans recognized if as the individual type of Japan aircrafts and gave the codename "Taddy". Totally 487 machines were manufactured.
