A high-quality semi-gloss German agate gray acrylic or enamel paint for scale models and historical miniatures.
RAL 7038 Agate Gray Color Guide:
According to some sources, RAL 7038 Achatgrau is the closest analog of Hellgrau 50, a color used for painting superstructures of pre-WW2 and early war German surface vessels.
RAL 7038 Achatgrau was used by the German Luftwaffe in several experimental aircraft camouflage schemes in the late 1980s.
RAL 7038 Agate Gray, along with RAL 7043 Traffic Gray, RAL 7037 Dusty Gray, and RAL 7040 Window Gray is used by the Ukrainian Air Force in gray-pixel camouflage schemes. RAL 7038 is the lightest color of this camouflage, even RAL 7001 of the lower surfaces looks darker than that.
