We send all packages by Registered AirMail package with Tracking Number.
Tracking number will be provided to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over US$ 150*.

We provide quick delivery! Europe - max 12 days, USA - max 20 days, Other Countries - 7-30 days.
Shipping time depends on your location and possible delays on postal/custom services.
Handling time is 1-5 days after receiving cleared payment.

If your parcel arrives to you damaged, please, open a claim on your postal office and inform us about this issue.
If you don't like item you bought, you can return it.
All returned products must be received in resaleable condition within 30 days.

Custom taxes can be applied to your purchases.
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties, because this is like the lottery. Parcel may or may not be stopped at customs.
For example: Italian/German/Brazilian customs really like to charge taxes from model kit parcels, USA/Australia/French buyers can calm down, we haven't bad messages from those countries yet.

Plastic Models Store will combine your parcels for lower volume, because lower volume = lower interest from customs.
We mark your sending as GIFT and valued up to 30US$.
We care about our buyers. If parcel is large, we can divide it into smaller parcels free of any additional charges.
If custom taxes aren't acceptable for you (too high), you can refuse of package and it will be returned to us without any charges from you. In that case we will refund you purchase price, excluding shipping charges and 10% re-stocking price.
